This one will evoke emotions in me, just sayin...

Anxiety Depression and other mental illnesses can wreck us into feeling like we can't even breathe. I offer practical way I learned through the grace of God to have peace. And how much God wants to give you rest for every burden. We need only be open.  

If we are honest with ourselves, we would accept that we can all be the difficult one. God calls us to love everyone as He has loved us. Well that can be difficult when that person is hard to like let alone love like Jesus.

Why do we struggle so much with giving up control?  Because God cursed Eve with the desire to control over her husband. Being open to the realization that God has a plan and you really never had the control to begin with is one of the first steps in my 5 steps to giving up control.  

Forgiveness was my proverbial "F" word. I struggled with coming to terms with loss and devastation like most of us have. I will help your audience come to terms with the best process I have experienced and that is in my new favorite "F" word. FATHER.

Building relationships is hard! Keeping them can be even harder!! Practically everyone can relate to the desire to have deeper connections with others. The key is to having the deeper connection to Christ first. I like to call this one DEBUNKING DEEPER CHRISTIAN CONNECTIONS
